Overview

With HD Supply Construction and Industrial White Cap's Order Status Update program you can better manage your projects through real-time order status updates, and more easily reconcile invoices with nightly proof of deliveries.


Status Details

  • 1. Order Acknowledgment: sent as soon as your local White Cap branch books your order
  • Product Numbers and Descriptions
  • Shipping Quantities
  • Carrier Name & Tracking Number
  • Estimated Time of Arrival

  • 2. Advance Shipment Notice: sent when the White Cap branch prepares your shipment:
  • Invoice Numbers, Order Numbers, PO Numbers and Delivery ID's
  • Shipment Dates
  • Project Names & Numbers
  • Customer Signature or 3rd Party Carrier Information

  • 3. Proof of Delivery: sent after invoices are created, displays the delivery signature or 3rd Party Trucking (e.g. UPS) tracking number
  • Invoice Numbers, Order Numbers, PO Numbers and Delivery ID's
  • Shipment Dates
  • Project Names & Numbers
  • Customer Signature or 3rd Party Carrier Information

Activation Steps

  • To be activated any of these email services, simply select the email notifications you wish to receive and provide the your customer and email address information below
  • Your company can allow emails from no-reply@whitecap.net
  • Your company has WinZip (for POD files)

  • Lastly, to ensure a seamless transmission of POD emails, be sure of the following:
