The Ajustco RMPD is a recessed embedded anchor for use in metal pan deck construction. Like the rest of the Ajustco products, with its ease of installation, coupled with superior strength and ergonomics, it outperforms the competition and enables its customers to do the same. To install the Ajustco RMPD drill a hole with the included hole saw where the anchor is specified, insert the RMPD assembly and, tighten with the included wrench; place your concrete. It's that simple! There are no screws, straps, or braces required. The Ajustco RMPD is completely free-standing and does not need to be connected to reinforcing steel. Once the concrete has cured, you can remove the plastic parts from the bottom of the deck with the included wrench and immediately utilize the 1/2”-13 recessed anchor point that is rated for a 5000 lb. workload. The Ajustco RMPD can be used for mechanical support applications, ceiling systems, personal fall protection, architectural details, and virtually anything else that needs to be supported up to the 5000 lb. per point workload, all without having to drill into concrete.
