The cast aluminum mounting legs feature a wide mounting base for even distribution of weight. The extruded aluminum cross members feature a tubular design fox maximum strength. The cast aluminum mounting legs have been engineered with load bearing capabilities in mind. The unique design adds critical support to cross member mounting sockets. Cross members themselves are a hollow ""T"" shaped thick wall extrusion with a 1-1/2"" wide platform. Other features include: adjustable cast aluminum tie down hoops, ""T"" shaped channel in cross member accepts 5/16"" hex head bolts for adding extra accessories, hidden mounting bolts, additional tie down hoops incorporated into mounting legs, plastic cushions added to the upright end posts to protect rain gutters.
