Raises and lowers the blade quickly and easily, giving the operator better control of cutting depth. Spring assist feature helps raise the blade out of the cut faster with minimum effort. Manual lock keeps blade at fixed depth.
On/off switch conveniently located. The Bladeshaft comes equipped with pillow block bearings. Dual arbors which allow mounting of blade on either end of blade shaft for right or left side cutting. Reinforced box type front axle assembly strengthens the overall structure of saw, increases stability when raising and lowering and improves sawing performance. Reduces component wear. The water hoses have crimped (not clamped) connectors to keep them in place and reduce leaks. The fittings are solid brass.
